ABOUT THE OWNERS: TOM & JEN

Two of the area's most talented artisans, Tom and Jen have been creating beautiful art for many homes and businesses in Western Michigan for 48 years. There is an art to designing each unique project, and Rainbow Resources team utilizes their artistic talent, expert craftsmanship, and the finest glass and materials.

Tom began working in stained glass in the early 70s, selling his creations in shows all around the country. His work included glass belt buckles, sun catchers and other window art. Later he established a storefront, began teaching classes, and got into doing projects for local Western Michigan businesses, area churches, and residential homes.

Jen learned her craft early on when Rainbow Resources Art Glass took on large commissions for stained glass at a Michigan casino and at a local furniture store. She has been teaching others in a class setting for decades.

Both Tom and Jen have always been captivated by the beauty of stained glass artwork. Their favorite part is designing one-of-a-kind pieces and selecting the glass! Creating the project and putting it all together is like the icing on a cake. Better yet is seeing the pieces in people’s homes and businesses.
